It is the intent of the County to retain the services of a qualified vendor to provide welding and metal fabrication service for the County of Orange (“County”). Such services shall be provided for the Orange County Sewer District No. 1, Harriman Sewage Treatment Plant located at 72 River Road, Harriman, NY 10926, and any other County location owned, leased and/or utilized by the County.
