RFP-VV008-10 - Wheelchair Repair, Evaluation and Consultation

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to provide an overview of the services required by the Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation for Wheelchair Repair, Evaluation and Consultation Services. Award of this proposal will be based upon the following factors equally: Price; completeness of the proposal; experience with the fitting and adaptation of specialized wheelchairs as well as the repair of standard and motorized wheelchairs, the ability of technicians to perform the majority of repairs at the Facility, and the employment of Certified Assistive Technicians along with a copy of their certifications. The successful offeror will describe the services to be provided, including cost, Medicare, Medicaid or other third party payor reimbursement procedures and experience in performing these services.
