RFP-RC-2020-031 - Alcohol and Drug Testing- Video Collection

This RFP is for the purpose of contracting with a Laboratory to provide Video Collection Drug Testing Services (oral fluid) for the County of Rockland.  Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the County of Rockland Department of Social Services, District Attorney’s Office and the Probation Department are required to utilize at home Video Collection Drug testing kits and services.  This section describes the services that are required to be provided by the selected Proposer.  Proposers must demonstrate proficiency in testing for Drugs, providing reports and expert testimony.
