RFP-RC-2021-016 - Alternatives to Incarceration for Rockland County District Attorney's Office

The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with qualified firm(s) to provide individualized case management services for Alternatives to Incarceration which will include programs for Mental Health Alternative to Incarceration (MHATI), Veterans Alternative to Incarceration (VATI), Drug Courts and Drug Treatment Alternative to Prison (DTAP), coordination of the Re-Entry program and the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Alternative to Incarceration (IDDATI) program.  It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to multiple contractors to provide services required for each program.

This RFP is designed to provide interested offerors with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements; but is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data.  Offerors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement.
