1. Furnish and deliver one latest model International HX 620SBA 6x4 and Custom Body Mobile Command Center, as specified, or approved equal to the Rockland County Sheriff Department.
2. The vehicle shall be designed to operate on all urban, secondary, and limited access roads found throughout the County of Rockland. All bidders should be fully aware that the County of Rockland operates over rough streets. The vehicle must be designed to have an economic lifespan of 12 years or 500,000 miles, whichever comes first, including the 12th year.
