The Rockland County Dept of Health has a need to purchase Non-Contact Thermometers (Qty: 1000) and Automatic, Digital Nylon Cuff Blood Pressure Monitors (Qty: 1000), as specified. Suppliers may submit alternates, that meet the specifications, for approval as an approved equal. The DOH will have final say on what is an approved equal. Delivery must be made prior to September 30th, unless an alternate date is approved in writing. All quantities listed must be in stock available to ship. PRICE MUST BE FOB DESTINATION PREPAID AND INCLUDED. Both Items must be battery operated with batteries included. This purchase is Grant funded (expires Sept 30, 2024) and will require Federal Contract clauses (attached) to be completed and notarized to be submitted with quote or prior to award. Product brochures must be uploaded with quote, otherwise it will not be considered for evaluation. Supplier must provide sample for approval, if requested, with 48 hours, at no additional cost to the county. A prepaid return label must be sent for any samples to be returned.
