Description

The Rockland County Sewer District #1 has a current need for removal, replacement and disposal of media from Absorbers located at the Twin Lake Pump Station at 55 South Monsey Road, Monsey, NY 10952. This will be a term contract for one(1) year with four(4) one-year options to renew.
Bidder must supply PureAir Sulfur Absorb XL and Polishing Media Pure Air 8 or approved equal.
This contract is subject to New York State Labor Law 220, Article 8 Prevailing wages. The Contractor shall submit with, each invoice, certified payrolls for all labor. Submission of Certified Payroll with invoice is a condition of payment.

This bid also covers hourly rates and parts for additional repair work as needed. All repairs must be approved by the Sewer District in writing
