SSN-RC-2019-052 - SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE OF RENEWALS FOR BERLA IVE VEHICLE SYSTEM FORENSIC TOOL SOFT

The County of Rockland intends to issue a Sole Source award to Berla Corporation to purchase two software / dongle renewals to receive the upgrades to the iVe SSN Vehicle System Forensic Tool system for a total of $2,500.00.
 
This purchase will be made on a sole source basis in accordance with the Rockland County Procurement Policy.
 
This notice is issued for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
 
Any interested party that believes they can provide the system and can implement into the National WeatherBug Network on the above systems noted above, as manufactured by Earth Network, Inc.. shall submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this notice can be met; no later than close of business on September 21, 2017.  A determination by the County not to compete the proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the County. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive solicitation.  Responses to this notice must be sent via facsimile to 845-364-3809.
