The County of Rockland intends to issue a Sole Source award to InfoSec for their Infosec IQ Standard security education solutions / platform. Their platform tailers training to specific employee roles and align employee development with recognized guidelines such as NICE Cybersecurity Workforce Framework.
Infosec IQ, offers precise, targeted training to specific employees. It combines anti-phishing simulation, general security awareness CBT and role-based training into a month by month best-practices program with a default or custom curriculum. Infosec IQ offers security awareness topics for general awareness coupled with pre-engagement surveys, preassessments, culture surveys, quizzes and survey assessments, and robust reporting to produce a comprehensive cybersecurity education plan for all levels of the County of Rockland organization.

The Contractor shall be required to provide same / similar software platform as identified above with annual eight hundred (800) licenses for one (1) year $12,000.00 and three (3) year $28,800.00) pricing options.
Any interested party that believes they can provide the software and training noted above, as supplied by InfoSec or an equivalent product proven for use with Government Municipalities, should submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this notice can be met; no later than COB AUGUST 12, 2021 (14 days) of this announcement. A determination by the County not to compete the proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the County. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive solicitation.
