The proposed work is to furnishing and installing bathroom related electrical and plumbing improvements for Tigers Den Park, Spring Valley, NY 10977. This work shall include, but not be limited to, mobilization, repairs, supply and installation of new lighting, hand dryers, receptacles, telephone jacks, stainless steel toilets and sinks, doors, signs and mirrors, as well as associated work such as power washing of facilities and patching of floors as delineated in Technical Specification section.
