RFP-RC-2019-028 - Training - Health and Safety

STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES
The County of Rockland has issued this Request for Proposal to establish a fixed price contract to facilitate Health and Safety training on a regular/ periodic basis to County Employees on an as needed basis.
 
As the needs arise for Health and Safety training, an Authorized County Representative shall solicit project specific; technical, man-hour and project cost proposal based on the rates provided in the initial proposal response and project schedule for the specialty required.  A contract will be issued on the basis of the authorized County Representative’s evaluation of the technical and man-hour proposal.
 
In general there are monthly meetings and classes are held as needed.  There is no set schedule.  The Chair of the Health and Safety Committee determine when a class is needed.  The average class may include 15- 20 students per class.
