The Deferred Compensation Committee wishes to update the Investment Policy for the Deferred Compensation plan. The consultant must, obtain an evaluation of investment performance as compared to established benchmarks, obtain an analysis regarding whether the current investment mix is addressing the needs of plan participants, and provide a comparison of the fees charged in relation to similar sized plans.
