Description

Ulster County is soliciting sealed bids for renovations and alterations to Hardenbergh Hall for a SUNY Ulster Pfeiffer Lab located at 491 Cottekill Road, Stone Ridge, NY 12484.

The bulk of the work consists of the renovation of several classroom areas, as well as a new entrance for a Thermal Chamber lab space as described in the attached Specification. The work will be constructed under a single prime contract.

Due to the colleges class schedule students will be occupying the space in the spring semester, leaving the space available for construction starting May 28, 2017 with a substantial completion date of August 22, 2017. The property / buildings will not be occupied by students during this period.
