Ulster County is soliciting sealed bids for interior upgrades and repairs to the Ulster County Community Wellness Hub, 368 Broadway, Kingston, NY 12401.  The County of Ulster requires that all contractors and subcontractors have trade specific APPRENTICESHIP AGREEMENTS appropriate for the type and scope of work to be performed by each of the four trades being utilized for this project.  This requirement applies to contracts in excess of $350,000.
