RFQ-UC21-016 - Employee Influenza Vaccination Clinic

The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for labor, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies, as necessary, to administer on-site seasonal flu vaccination clinics to participating Ulster County employees at two (2) locations. The flu vaccination will be offered to all 1,400 full-time and part-time employees, though participation in the clinic is voluntary.  The first clinic location will be the Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, NY in the Legislative Chambers located on the 6th floor.  The other location will be at the Development Court complex on Albany Avenue (exact location to be determined).
