Description

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals providing Managed Print Services for Ulster County.

Ulster County intends for this RFP to result in the selection of one provider of Cost-Per-Copy/Print Managed Services that maintains a high level of quality and services, low administrative costs, and delivers “best in class” document printing/reproduction systems.

This RFP is designed to provide interested offerors with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Offerors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability.
