Description

The purpose of this bid is to establish a price with an experienced moving firm for the pickup, transport, delivery and return of ALL EQUIPMENT (Which includes: 83-125 Verity Scan Carts, 83 Verity Touch Writer Carts, 83 Printer Boxes, 7 Portable Cabinets, 500 Privacy Booths, 360 Stanchions, 17 Stanchion Signs, and 58 Boxes of District Table Top Signs) to polling places in Ulster County for ALL elections in Ulster County for the year 2024.

The Board of Elections assists the School Districts with their elections. The following are the 8 school districts that the Ulster County Board of Elections will be working with: Highland, Kingston, Marlboro, New Paltz, Onteora, Rondout Valley, Saugerties and Wallkill. There are approximately 22 Poll Sites used for the above school elections in any given year. (Reference Appendix B)
