RFB-UC22-012 - ULSTER COUNTY COPY PAPER

HISTORY: Average twelve-month copy paper expenditure for Ulster County’s Departments is $35,000.00.

The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase of recycled copy paper, 30%, 50% and 100% post-consumer recycled for procurement by the Ulster County Departments and others authorized by law, including certain non-profit independent post-secondary, secondary and elementary educational institutions located throughout Ulster County. All orders generated from this bid will be billed individually.

Direct stockless INDIVIDUAL ORDERS will be placed by UC Departments and other agencies. A minimum order of six cartons will be imposed on any using Department or entity; however, they are not restricted in regard to maximum orders. Paper will be ordered on a Purchase Order and the billing will be direct to each ordering department. PRICE TO INCLUDE DESKTOP DELIVERY TO ALL LOCATIONS.
