RFB-DCC-07-12-11 - Sewer Line Cleaning Maintenance/Service Agreement

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of Dutchess Community College (DCC) to solicit bids for a Service/Maintenance Contract to perform the cleaning and flushing of Campus Sewer Lines as outlined in this document.2.2 The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the Sewer Line maintenance (i.e., hydra flush and clean all main sewer lines, clean and vacuum all manholes) which maintenance must be performed according to Industry Standards and to the complete satisfaction of the College. Contractor shall be responsible for providing its own water supply. Use of the College water supply shall be at the discretion of the College based upon our needs.
