Description

The work required under this Contract consists of furnishing all supervision, labor and personnel, equipment and ancillary support necessary to complete the work described within these specifications. In general, this work consists of the installation of plumbing fixtures, as shown on the Figures in Appendix A, and associated piping. All materials shall be supplied by the Town. This Contract is for Labor only.

Pre-Bid on-site visits can be made by appointment by emailing Janet McHugh at Mchughj@eastfishkillny.gov.

Bids must be submitted in the form prescribed by the Contract Documents within a sealed envelope
showing the Bidder's name clearly marked. To submit the bid to Town Hall, contact the Town Clerk
upon arrival to the Town Hall at 845-221-9191 x6 and a representative will meet you in the lobby of the
building to obtain your bid packet between 9:00am 3:45pm Mon-Fri.. Clearly mark the sealed envelope
as stated below:

PLUMBING will be conducted REMOTELY using Zoom Meeting to conduct the remote bid opening. Anyone who wants to join the bid opening can do so by emailing the Town Clerk at
