2018 DCWWA Pump Station/Wet Well Cleaning and Disposal RFP - 2018 DCWWA Pump Station/Wet Well Cleaning and Disposal RFP

The Contractor will supply professional services for the Removal and Disposal of
Sewage/Sludge at multiple DCWWA facilities in accordance with all applicable laws,
rules, regulations and regulatory agencies; including but not limited to: the United States
Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), NYS Department of Environmental
Conservation (NYSDEC), NYS Department of Health (NYSDOH), Dutchess County
Department of Behavioral and Community Health (DBCH), Dutchess County Division of
Solid Waste Management, NYS Department of Transportation (DOT), and NYS
Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) This would also include Dutchess County Water
and Wastewater Authority (“DCWWA”, the “Authority”) regulations and standards.
