Description

The Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority will accept bids for the 2025 Pump Station and Wet Well Cleaning and Disposal (Sludge Hauling) annual agreement in accordance with the specification and requirements contained in this request. The awarded contractor must hold a valid NYS Part 364/381 Waste Transporter Permit, inclusive of Non-hazardous Commercial/Industrial Waste and provide a copy prior to contract award. All work is subject to “Prevailing Wage” requirements of the New York State Department of Labor and requires submission of Certified Payroll.
