Summary of Specifications:
The project includes the general, electrical and HVAC construction for a 32’ by 96’ single story equipment storage pre-engineered building. with spread footing/pier/grade beam reinforced concrete foundation; foundation design; pre-engineered metal building structural design; and masonry with brick veneer exterior; electrical, natural gas and fire detection and security connections from the Treatment Building to the new building; general site work including clearing, grubbing, grading, drainage modifications, stack block retaining walls final grading, seeding and plantings; relocation of flag pole; repair to existing pavement, resetting of manholes & grates, top course paving of entrance road, existing pavement sealing, and new paving related to the new building; interior and exterior building lighting; power distribution; fire detection and alarm; security system; site fencing; building make up air and exhaust system with natural gas fired roof top make up air/heat recovery unit, and metal duct; natural gas fired infrared heating units with exhaust vents; and natural gas piping. The building exterior system alternate is a 4” insulated metal sandwich panel.
