Summary of Specifications:
The project includes the general, electrical and HVAC construction for a 32’ by 64’ single story equipment storage pre-engineered building. with spread footing/pier/grade beam reinforced concrete foundation; foundation design; building superstructure structural design; metal, steel or wood framing, factory finished metal panel exterior siding and roofing, factory finished interior metal panel liners on walls and ceiling; electrical, natural gas and fire detection and security connections from the Treatment Building to the new building; general site work including final grading, seeding and plantings, interior and exterior building lighting; power distribution; fire detection and alarm; security system; site fencing; and natural gas fired infrared heating units with combustion air intake and exhaust vents; and natural gas piping. The pavement construction includes repair to existing pavement, resetting of manholes & grates, top course paving of entrance road, and new paving related to the new building. The General Construction Contract will have alternate bids for providing of an air compressor and storage shelving. The Pavement Construction contract will have alternate bids for turnaround paving, pavement sealing, turnout construction and additional paving.
