25-29-1118 - Dental/Vision Administrative Services TPA

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit Proposals from qualified Vendors to provide dental and vision administrative services for ESBOCES.  ESBOCES dental and vision plans are Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans.  The plans are self-insured and self-funded.  The company must be willing to tailor services to meet the specific needs of ESBOCES, with diverse operations and missions.
