Two new rooftop exhaust fans, nine new island welding stations/arms, a new Markeup Air Unit (gas heating, no cooling), ductwork, and structural modifications to support the fans and MAU. Also, replace four existing in-room exhaust fans with new like in kind exhaust fans on the roof, and replaace the existing Reznor makeup/H-V Air unit with a new like-in-kind unit. Also includes all electrical support, gas piping to the MAU, etc.
