The Western New York Regional Information Center (“WNYRIC”) at Erie 1 BOCES (“Erie 1”) is seeking proposals to provide support of a School Climate Survey Software Solution (“solution”) for use by local school districts and agencies. The contract would be applicable for use by Erie 1 WNYRIC, as well as, other BOCES Regional Information Centers listed in Section 3 Definitions/Terminology. The survey solution must be hosted by the vendor in the United States or Canada, and allow secured data connections for various data systems as required. The survey solution must not require the purchase of additional hardware or software. BOCES’ Regional Information Centers (RICs) support would include implementation, first line support, training, and other services deemed appropriate to deliver locally. Vendors responding to this request for proposals should understand and accept the requirement that the RICs will be the vendor’s customer and will coordinate billing on behalf of the school districts and agencies. The successful vendor will be required to train designated RIC staff in the use of the application, providing appropriate documentation and support, both initially and ongoing at no charge to the BOCES Regional Information Center.
