It is the intention of Erie 1 BOCES to receive a proposal for Tutoring products to be offered as a service by Erie 1 BOCES for our component school districts. This RFP will allow Erie 1 BOCES to negotiate a cross state contract for the Distance Learning Contract Consortium BOCES members stated in 1.9 which would incorporate all of the school districts under those BOCES. This does not pertain to the Big Five or NYC.
