The scope of the project will include approximately 7,173 cubic feet of inactive paper records stored at the college in three separate locations. The proposed records management project will address the following identified issues:

• Inaccurate and unclear labeling of boxes housed in all locations;
• Storage of records in non-compliant boxes;
• Intermingling of record types in boxes and file cabinets;
• Lack of organization and accessibility of records;
• Duplication of paper records; and
• Improvement of lighting and shelving for locations
