RFP-CE-HR-1 - Employee Assistance Program

Summary of Specifications:
Erie Community College (“the College”) is currently seeking Proposal Statements from qualified parties interested in providing the administration and operation of an Employee Assistance Program to serve its diverse workforce of 800 Full-time Employees and 500 PT employees. Proposers interested in Administering an EAP Program are invited to respond to this request. The response should be presented two ways. First, a proposal to serve only 800 (FT) employees; and second, a separate proposal to serve 1300 employees, including 500 PT employees, with separate pricing proposals.
