It is the purpose of this Bid to have various grades of Asphalt Concrete, conforming to the specifications herein, furnished and delivered for use by Essex County and its various Political Subdivisions on roadways throughout Essex County.
All materials furnished under this Contract shall be in conformance with the “Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials of the New York State Department of Transportation, January 1, 2020” and/or “Materials Method: MM 5.16 of the New York State Department of Transportation of January 2019” and/or "Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials of the New York State Department of Transportation", January 2, 20021, and all addenda thereto; unless the same are modified by the Essex County Superintendent of Public Works or their authorized representative (ECDPW).
