HWAY 21-29 - ASPHALT FOB PLANT

It is the purpose of this Bid to have various grades of Asphalt Concrete conforming to the specifications herein, furnished and loaded into trucks of Essex County or those of its political subdivisions, for use on roadways throughout the County.

All materials furnished under this Contract shall be in conformance with the "Standard Specifications
for Construction and Materials of the New York State Department of Transportation", January 2, 20021,
Section 403 - Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete Pavement and/or “Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials of the New York State Department of Transportation, January 1, 2020” and/or “Materials
Method: MM 5.16 of the New York State Department of Transportation of January 2019” and all
addenda thereto; unless the same are modified by the Essex County Superintendent of Public Works.
