Description

It is the intent of this specification to obtain bids from qualified contractors to provide asphalt milling on an as needed basis on County and Town roads in Essex County. The contractor shall provide an asphalt milling machine capable of milling asphalt at various depths and widths as instructed by the County Superintendent or his designated agent. The asphalt milling machine shall be of a make and manufacture intended for the purpose of asphalt milling. The contractor shall provide all necessary manpower, fuel and incidental tools and materials to operate the asphalt milling machine. See attached specifications for details.
