Description

It is the intent of Essex County to employ, on an as needed basis, a professional engineering firm capable of providing Professional Engineering Services. Direction will come from the Essex County Superintendent of Public Works or his designee. Payment shall be rendered on a time and material basis for work performed at contracted rates. The majority of the work will be in the area of professional engineering, inspection and testing services for various highway, bridge and building projects more fully described in the APPENDIX A of this Request for Proposals. See attached specifications for details.
