Description

Family Services has 8 (86”x 136”), Old glass block and awning windows in the gym that need to be removed. The existing windows have tested positive for asbestos caulking, so Family Services is issuing this RFP for a contractor to remove the existing windows following proper asbestos remediation techniques and prep the openings for another contractor (separate contractor) to furnish and install new windows. All work must be completed during the 3-week period from Monday, August 19th through September 6th, 2024. Family Services welcomes MWBE proposals for this project.
