The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract with a licensed hazardous waste service provider for the collection, transportation and disposal by recycling and/or incineration of household hazardous waste. This will provide the residents of Genesee, Livingston and Wyoming Counties with a means to dispose of any unusable/unwanted hazardous household products.
