Summary of Specifications:
The Genesee County Purchasing Department will receive sealed bids for the lease-purchase of one AWD Motor Grader for the Genesee County Highway Department.
Specifications and proposal form may be downloaded at www.westernnybidsystem.com Vendors will need to register before downloading. Questions regarding access to bid may be directed to the Purchasing Office, 15 Main Street, Batavia, NY 14020, at 585.344.2550 x2201, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
Sealed bids must be in the possession of the Genesee County Purchasing Department, County Building No.1, Main & Court Streets, Batavia, New York 14020, prior to 2:00 pm prevailing time on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. All bids must be accompanied by a non-collusion statement in order to be considered.
Genesee County reserves the right to forego any formalities and reject any or all bids whenever such action is in the best intent of Genesee County.
