Cleaning Services Required for the Justice for Children Advocacy Center:

General cleaning/dusting throughout the facility including furniture and horizontal surfaces
Disinfect and sanitize the restroom (Batavia and Albion office only)
Replenish toilet paper, hand towels, and soap (Batavia and Albion office only)
Disinfect and sanitize the microwave, refrigerator, sink, and counter (Batavia office only)
Empty trash receptacles and paper shredders
Vacuum all floor surfaces and furniture throughout the facility
Wet-mop all hard floor surfaces
Spot clean interior glass
Sanitize and organize all waiting room toys once per month
All tools, products, and equipment needed to perform the job must be supplied by the contractor

The Batavia office is approximately 2600 square feet with 20 rooms and 3 bathrooms. It is used daily, and will need approximately 2 hours of cleaning per week.
The Albion office is approximately 1000 square feet with 6 rooms and one bathroom. It is used on an as-needed basis, and will need approximately 2 hours of cleaning every other week.
The Warsaw office is approximately 1000 square feet with 5 rooms. It is used on an as-needed basis, and will need approximately 2 hours of cleaning every other week.
