Description

The Genesee County “Engine House” is a county facility owned at 3 Main St in Batavia NY. The historic building currently houses the County Facilities and Public Defenders departments. Genesee County has selected an architect to complete design drawings to renovate a portion of the facility to expand office space for the Public Defenders.
 The Project Name is “Genesee County Engine House Renovation Project” The building is located at 3 Main St, Batavia NY 14020
 The Genesee County Legislature has selected SWBR with offices in Rochester, NY as the Architectural firm for the project.
 The plans for the project are approximately 90% complete, and are attached as an appendix to this RFP
 The County is looking to start this project in June of 2024
 The County is estimating that this will be a $2.7 Million construction cost based on as estimate completed by Trophy Point in December 2023.

A. Proposers are expected to submit a detailed cost proposal along with the Statement of Qualifications, in a separate sealed envelope. This cost proposal will be a component of the scoring matrix. Fee should be broken down by hours for each professional personnel proposed, overhead percentages, All fees to be inclusive of expenses.
