Summary of Specifications:
The Genesee County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals for the provision of Mobile Imaging Services for the Genesee County Nursing Home. • Meet New York State Department of Health Regulatory requirements for mobile imaging services. • Provide imaging services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with availability of “stat” services as needed. • Describe time deadlines for all services (how much lead time is needed and when will results be available for both regular and stat services) • Provide monthly reporting of all tests ordered and completed. • Provide monthly billing according to a scheduled price list, to be provided with your proposal • Provide a description of how tests are to be ordered and results delivered. Electronic order entry and electronic results reporting are preferred. A list of all tests completed by the current vendor in past year is attached for vendors to estimate the usage and needs.
