Bid 2013-12 - Multifunctional Printer and Scanner for Treasurers Office

Summary of Specifications:
Genesee County is requesting bids for one (1) new, current model, multifunction printer and scanner for the Genesee County Treasurer’s Office. Bidders are to recommend equipment based upon industry expertise within the required specifications. The multifunction printer and scanner bid shall meet or exceed each minimum specification. All bids shall be for new equipment and not used or remanufactured. 

Maintenance agreements shall include all toner, parts, labor, drums, and delivery as well as set up – excluding paper and staples. Bidders must specify minimum copies, if any, for maintenance contract as well as the service response time for repairs. On-site maintenance support next business day (8:00am - 5:00pm) is required. 

Volume: 200 black/white copies and 800 color prints per year. 

Bidder must demonstrate vendor can provide a qualified maintenance staff. Maintenance, provided under this contract shall not be subcontracted without written consent of Genesee County. 

Multifunction printer and scanner must be of high quality with a useful life of five (5) to six (6) years or more and have the durability to process the type of workload specified.
