Summary of Specifications:
Genesee County Purchasing Director is requesting proposals for the maintenance and support for the Avaya / Nortel PBX telephone system installed for Genesee County. Specifications may be downloaded at www.westernnybidsystem.com Vendors shall need to register before downloading. Questions regarding access to proposal may be directed to the Purchasing Office, 15 Main Street, Batavia, NY 14020, at 585.344.2550 x2201, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. Sealed proposals shall be in possession of Genesee County Purchasing Director, County Building No.1, 15 Main Street, room 317A, Batavia, New York 14020, no later than Thursday, March 8, 2012 , prior to 2:00 p.m. prevailing time. All proposals shall be accompanied by a non-collusion statement in order to be considered. Late Proposals will be returned, unopened to vendor. Genesee County reserves right to forego any formalities and reject any or all proposals. Genesee County is an equal opportunity employer.
