A sealed Proposal for Superintendent Search Consultant is requested by the Board of Education of the Greenburgh Central School District in Westchester County, hereinafter called the “District.” All proposals must be submitted to the Board of Education of the Greenburgh Central School District, electronically at ikraus@greenburghcsd.org, attention: Ivy Kraus, Interim District Clerk, on or before 10:00 a.m. on August 2, 2024. To ensure the timely receipt of your proposal, please use the subject line “SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH CONSULTANT RFP SUBMISSION” – failure to appropriately label your proposal or submitting a proposal to an email address other than the one identified above may result in the proposal not being received by the deadline and considered for award.
The proposals are to be submitted electronically as a Microsoft Office Word or PDF document. PDF files that are searchable are acceptable. The following forms of e-signatures shall be acceptable: (a) handwritten signatures on scanned document; (b) e-signatures that have been authenticated by third-party digital software; (c) stored copies of signatures that have been placed on a document or otherwise inserted into a document. However, typed names and signatures created using a script or calligraphy font will not be considered acceptable forms of e-signatures. Additionally, to identify the signer and indicate the intent to agree to the terms of the proposal, the signer should provide the following attestation: “I agree, and it is my intent, to sign this document by [describe the signature solution used] and by electronically submitting this document to District Clerk Ivy Kraus at Greenburgh Central School District. I understand that my signing and submitting this document is the legal equivalent of having placed my handwritten signature on the submitted document and this attestation. I understand and agree that by electronically signing and submitting this document I am affirming to the truth of the information contained therein.”
