RFP-EP-DT Evaluation Services - Evaluation Services

Summary of Specifications:
This request for proposal is for the purpose of selecting a qualified and experienced contractor to provide evaluation services to St. Christopher’s Inc. (Agency) which is a Childcare Agency, to be performed on an occasional basis during the 2014-2015 school year. Agency evaluation services are to be performed by outside contractors as per the Carol M. White Physical Education Program (PEP) Grant awarded to the Agency. This program is a comprehensive physical fitness/health and nutrition education program designed to assist 7th – 12th graders in making progress toward meeting State standards for physical education. PEP will be funded through the U.S. Department of Education which provides funding to local educational agencies and community-based organizations to initiate, expand and improve physical education and health. It allows funds for training and education of teachers and staff and for equipment and support to enable students in 7th – 12th grade to participate in physical education and health education activities.
