I. INTRODUCTION
The Garrison Union Free School District, hereinafter referred to as “the District,” invites proposals (“RFP”) from qualified agencies (The Agency) to administer the District’s Universal Pre-Kindergarten (Pre-K) Program for the 2024-2025 school year, with an option to renew for the 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029 school years. The District is seeking the Agency to provide the site and run the entire program.
The Garrison Union Free School District is a high-performing “rural fringe” school district serving a student population of approximately 220 students, pre-kindergarten through 8th grade.
2. PROPOSAL DUE DATE
Proposals will be accepted up until 3:00 pm on July 31, 2024 in the Business Office, Garrison Union Free School District, 1100 Route 9D, Garrison, New York 10524 and mailed to the attention of Joseph Jimick, School Business Administrator or via bidnet.com
3. PRE-PROPOSAL QUESTIONS
All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Joseph Jimick jjimick@gufs.org no later than 3 pm, July 15, 2024. All questions and answers will be posted on bidnetdirect.com no later than July 10, 2024 3:00 pm.
The District reserves the right to amend the RFP based on questions and issues raised at any time prior to the RFP submission deadline.
Failure of any Proposer to receive any Addendum or interpretation issued shall not relieve any Proposer from any obligations under his/her Proposal submitted. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding.
