REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AT DISTRICT FACILITIES
 RFP-G2023-24-01

You are invited to submit your sealed proposal in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation, as Architectural/Engineering Consultant for the Garrison Union Free School District, for Capital Projects on an ongoing basis.

It is required that your proposal be submitted to the:

Please carefully review this document and, if your firm is interested in participating in this selection process, commensurate with the specifications, conditions, requirements, and instructions. Provide three (3) copies of the attached Response Form with a comprehensive proposal.  This proposal must be completed and returned by Monday April 16, 2024 at 2:00 P.M., to the Garrison School District Business Office, 1100 Route 9D, Garrison, NY 10524.  Late responses will not be accepted and will not receive award consideration.

Interested firms are strongly urged to visit the site, and we will be doing a supervised walk through of all buildings beginning at the Garrison School 1100 NY 9D, Garrison, NY  10524 at 10 AM on April 4, 2024.  Once the proposals are received, the offeror must be available for a scheduled appointment the week of April 22, 2024 for the interview process. 

All proposals must be signed by an official authorized to bind the offeror and shall contain a statement to the effect that the proposal is for a period of at least 60 days from the closing date of submission of proposals.  Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope showing the above proposal number, RFP-G2023-24-01.
