The Contractor to provide all equipment, and labor to remove, dispose, and replace the listed items as directed by engineer.
The Contractor will be removing all of the existing concrete and blacktop to a finished subgrade. The concrete to be installed will be stamped and colored to match the stamp concrete near the project. The contractor will form, stone and place/finished concrete. The contractor is responsible for all landscaping needed in disturbed areas.
The contractor shall repair the section of stacked stone wall as marked by the engineer. The contractor shall repair the wall to match the existing wall. The section of the wall to be repaired is approximately 60’x3’.
The city will supplying the concrete for the stamped concrete, and the stone for wall repair. The contractor should not include the price of the materials in their bids.
The Contractor is to begin the project within seven (7) calendar days of notice to proceed, and complete the project in fourteen (14) calendar days from start. Anticipated notice to proceed date of October 12, 2021
