Description

The Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District, hereinafter referred to as the "School District or District" invites proposals from qualified individuals and firms/agencies, to provide students of the School District with nursing services. The proposer must demonstrate its ability to provide the services identified in this request for proposals.

The successful proposer shall provide the District with skilled nurse staffing services on an as-needed and as-requested basis. The service provider acknowledges and agrees that it is responsible for ensuring that any service provided pursuant to this Agreement complies with all pertinent provisions of Federal, State, and local statutes, rules, and regulations.
