Description

The Liverpool Central School District (District) is soliciting proposals from real estate appraisal firms to establish a fair market value for surplus District property.

The District is seeking to appraise real property, including the following:

● The former Craven Crawford Elementary School at 195 Blackberry Road which is currently serving as the District Office. The facility was built in 1960 and has a gross square footage of 55,634. The building floor plan can be found in Figure A.

● Nate Perry Elementary School at 7053 Buckley Road which is currently serving as a Kindergarten through Sixth Grade facility. The facility was built in 1957 and has a gross square footage of 53,888. The building floor plan can be found in Figure B.
