NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Board of Education of Longwood Central School District invites the submission of sealed bids for:
Bid # 011025-1 Snow Removal Services As-Needed
Bids will be received until: 11:00 A.M., FRIDAY, JANUARY 10, 2025 at the Longwood Central School District, Central Administrative Building, Purchasing Department, 35 Yaphank Middle Island Road, Middle Island, NY 11953-2369 at which time and place all bids will be publicly read consecutively in numerical order as listed above. All bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Department on or before the date and time of opening in sealed envelopes, bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder and the title of the bid. Any bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered.
Specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the district’s website www.longwood.k12.ny.us/departments/business-office/bids, Empire State Purchasing Group’s website www.bidnetdirect.com, or at the above office, weekdays, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Bid prices will be irrevocable for a minimum period of forty-five (45) days from the date of the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to award contracts which, in its judgment, are best for the school district.
